Skate Review (skate-review.com) is run by Egor Ivanov. This page explains what data the site collects and how it is used. Questions and requests go to egor@ie-seo.ru.
What the site collects
Comments. When you leave a comment, the site stores the name, email address and website you enter, the comment itself, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. The email address is not shown publicly.
Server logs. The web server records technical data about requests, such as IP address, browser, requested page and time. It is used to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics. The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Newsletter. The site has no newsletter and does not collect email addresses for mailing.
Cookies
If you tick the box in the comment form, the site saves your name, email and website in a cookie so you do not have to enter them again. Your browser keeps this cookie for one year. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.
Third-party services
Comment avatars are loaded from Gravatar, a service run by Automattic. To show an avatar, a coded version of the commenter’s email address is sent to Gravatar. Some articles embed videos from YouTube. An embedded video behaves as if you had opened it on YouTube: Google may set cookies and collect data about you under its own privacy policy.
Links to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube lead to those services, and their own privacy policies apply once you open them.
How long data is kept
Comments and the data stored with them are kept until they are deleted. You can ask for your comment to be removed at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data the site holds about you. Write to egor@ie-seo.ru. The site does not sell personal data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
